We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase on all course and plan purchases, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
Email hello@thetopcourses.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference number. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Refunds requested after 14 days, or where more than 25% of the course has been completed, are not available unless there is a documented quality issue with the course content.
Coaching sessions that have already been scheduled or completed are non-refundable. If a session was not delivered due to an issue on our side, a full refund or rescheduling is offered.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Italian consumer protection law (Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005) or applicable EU directives on digital services.
